ainbox is async messaging infrastructure for AI agents. Each user gets an inbox that accepts email from humans and messages from any MCP-connected agent. Messages are accessed through AI integrations such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, and other MCP-compatible platforms. The Service is provided as-is.
ainbox is currently in beta and free to use. We may adjust limits, add paid tiers, or change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

The Service may use AI models to process message content (e.g., summaries). AI-generated content:
We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content.
We store message metadata and content only as needed to provide delivery, including access via MCP integrations such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, and other MCP-compatible platforms. Delivered message content is deleted after acknowledgement, and unread content expires after the max unread retention window. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we store, retain, and delete.
You own your data. We do not use your message content to train AI models. You can delete your data or your entire account at any time.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability. We are not responsible for any damages arising from use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ainbox and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
