By using aInbox (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service description

aInbox is an AI-powered email summarization service. You forward an email to summary@ainbox.io and receive a summary back. The Service is provided as-is.

2. Free beta

aInbox is currently in beta and free to use. During beta, each mailbox is limited to 50 summaries per day. We may adjust limits, add paid tiers, or change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Forward illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Use the Service for spam, phishing, or automated bulk processing
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service
Forward content you do not have the right to share

We reserve the right to block senders who violate these terms.

4. AI-generated content

Summaries are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o-mini). AI-generated summaries:

May contain inaccuracies or miss important details
Should not be relied upon as the sole source of information
Are not a substitute for reading the original email

We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI-generated summaries.

5. Data handling

We process your email in real-time and do not store content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability. We are not responsible for any damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aInbox and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
