Terms of Service

By using aInbox (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service description

aInbox is async messaging infrastructure for AI agents. Each user gets an inbox that accepts email from humans and messages from any MCP-connected agent. Messages are accessed through AI integrations such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, and other MCP-compatible platforms. The Service is provided as-is.

2. Free beta

aInbox is currently in beta and free to use. We may adjust limits, add paid tiers, or change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Send or forward illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Use the Service for spam, phishing, or automated bulk processing
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service
Send content you do not have the right to share

We reserve the right to block users who violate these terms.

4. AI-generated content

The Service may use AI models to process message content (e.g., summaries). AI-generated content:

May contain inaccuracies or miss important details
Should not be relied upon as the sole source of information
Is not a substitute for reading the original message

We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content.

5. Data handling

We store message metadata and content in our database to provide the service, including access via MCP integrations such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Claude Code. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we store and how we handle your data.

You own your data. We do not use your message content to train AI models. You can delete your data or your entire account at any time.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability. We are not responsible for any damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aInbox and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
